When will my order ship?

You can typically expect your nailsecret products to ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (M-F not including weekends and holidays). However, during sales, product launches, or holidays, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship. 💖✨

When will my order arrive once is shipped?

We know sometimes is we are a little anxious to receive our new amazing products but don't worry cutie. Orders to residents within the USA, once shipped, typically arrive in 3-7 business days. Orders outside the USA can take 10-21 business days. Due to the increase in mail theft, all orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery. We know our customers are busy people, so you do have the ability to waive the required signature by contacting us nailsecretusa@hotmail.com. Please note that you will in turn accept full responsibility for the package.
